This is a safe place to share the journey of grief in a welcoming and confidential setting. Anyone who has experienced a loss through death is welcome.

An innovative evidence-based program which involves movement exercises to music for people with Parkinson’s Disease or for mature adults who want to strengthen their balance and coordination.
