Adaptive Yoga

Gentle yoga poses for strength, balance, and flexibility using a chair for support as necessary.  Prepare to walk taller, breathe better, and strengthen your core, as well as relieve stress and become more mindful!  

Body Basics

Moderate-intensity exercises to improve strength, coordination and balance. 

Cardio Kickboxing

This popular high intensity training program comes to life as you punch, kick and block your way through a fun and challenging cardio workout.  Boost your energy, strength and more!

Fusion Fit

A super-fun, high intensity interval training class that includes a variety of cardio formats, core stabilizers and strength training moves.  Be prepared for a complete full body workout!   

Modified Strength Training

For just 30 minutes, this class offers chair-based resistance training using stretch bands and dumbbells.  Any fitness level is welcome as you’ll work at a slightly faster pace and higher intensity.  Choose your weight, from 1 to 30 pounds. 

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music!  Feel your best with a variety of exercises to improve muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Uses hand weights, elastic tubing, and balls, all combined with a chair as needed for support. 

Sit & Be Fit

This lower intensity 30-minute class offers slow range-of-motion upper and lower body movements from the chair.  With or without dumbbells, you can choose!
