This gentle, low impact water class will help improve range of motion and flexibility, as well as heart and muscle conditioning. Anyone is welcome, but those with arthritis types, Parkinson’s, and new or deconditioned exercisers are especially encouraged.
A higher intensity water class designed to strengthen the upper and lower body, as well as the abdominals. Modify the intensity to your liking if you wish and get your cardio and strength conditioning all in one class!
This early morning water class provides strength training as well as cardio conditioning and movements for improved flexibility. Any fitness level is encouraged to attend. Get a great start to your day!
Come swim or exercise on your own if you are 18 or older.
Youth may swim only during this time, and must be supervised by a parent, grandparent or adult guardian. Swim diapers are required for all children who are not potty trained.
